Objective:

  4. Anonymised report with proposed measures from the employees’ perspective.

Following a poor result in a staff motivation survey, a manager commissioned a mood survey. The employees were able to express their concerns, expectations and ideas for optimisation in confidence. Based on the report, the manager implemented measures to improve communication and cooperation. The survey results rose by more than 50 points the next year.
