A coaching session lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. The number of sessions varies depending on the goal and topic. At the end of each session, the person decides whether they need another session.

All my services are available in German, French, and English. The delivery is flexible: we can meet either at your location or online. Together, we’ll find the solution that best suits your needs.

One person had already tried various strategies to achieve her goal, but was getting nowhere. Through coaching, she refined her
her goal, gained clarity about her needs and recognised inner obstacles. She specifically activated her resources and developed a new attitude and new strategies. For example, she decided in favour of further training and activated her network. By the end of the coaching session, she had regained confidence in herself, had a concrete action plan and had already implemented the first steps.
