Coaching, e.g. to improve communication skills or anchor behavioural changes.

A management team noticed dissatisfaction within the organisation and commissioned a mediation. Following individual discussions and an anonymous online survey, the conflict was narrowed down. The mediation involved one individual and over 20 employees. Solutions were developed in one-to-one meetings and workshops. After three months, a follow-up survey and follow-up meeting took place. Cooperation and communication improved noticeably.
