My name is Anne-Céline Bonnier. I am an optimistic, cheerful and empathetic person – with a big heart for solutions and a passion for accompanying people on their way there. As a Franco-Swiss, I am fascinated by Switzerland’s culture of compromise, which shows the value of respectful co-operation and mutual understanding.
The impact of mediation and coaching never ceases to amaze me. I see mediation as a powerful tool that helps those involved to develop an understanding for each other and to find constructive solutions together in difficult situations. In coaching, I am impressed by how people can discover and utilise their own resources in order to achieve their goals in a self-determined way.
In my private life, I love long walks and thrillers. As with mediation or coaching, a thriller leads to a solution step by step – full of surprises and twists, with each case being unique. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential and the strength to find their own way. However, sometimes you can’t see the wood for the trees – and that’s exactly where I come in, to open up new perspectives and regain clarity.
