A coaching session usually lasts 1 hour. The number and duration of sessions vary depending on the goal and topic. At the end of each session, the person decides whether they need another session.

All my services are available in German, French, and English. The delivery is flexible: we can meet either at your location or online. Together, we’ll find the solution that best suits your needs.

A manager wants to prepare for a conflict discussion with another team. We analysed the situation together. She defined the objectives of the discussion and developed alternative solutions. The conflict discussion went as planned. The teams were able to work together again.
